The Product · Business Dashboards

Your Whole Business, On One Screen.

An elaborate, access-controlled dashboard layer over your Merciglobal ERP — management overview, project delivery, engineering, production, quality, materials, purchase, stores, job work, dispatch, finance, workforce and system usage. Every user opens exactly the boards they are entitled to, drills from any number to the records behind it, and exports what they need.

Access control

Everybody gets a dashboard. Nobody gets everybody’s.

Dashboards are granted by the administrator to user groups, the same way ERP modules are. A purchase officer opens purchase and suppliers. A works manager opens production, job work and quality. A director opens the management overview and the fund flow. The board a person is not entitled to simply does not appear — and the drill-downs underneath it are closed with it.

Login-time windows and IP rules from the ERP Users master apply to the dashboards too, so a screen full of commercial figures cannot be opened from an unknown network at midnight.

The boards

Every aspect of the business, not just the ledger.

A working set from a live installation. Boards are cut to your industry and your ERP modules — this is the shape of what a manufacturing group runs on.

Management Overview

The whole business on one page — order book, billing, procurement, goods in, material issued, job work and productivity.

Project Delivery

Every project from order to hand-over: delivery stages, targets, ownership, customers, markets and the slippage trail.

Engineering & Drawings

The design office — drawings released to the shop, designer workload and man-hours, revisions and the WBS part list.

Manufacturing Clearance

Every clearance point: what production signed off, what QC cleared, and where a job is stuck waiting.

Production & Work Allocation

What the shops are building — work allotted to contractors and workstations, fabrication weight and material consumption.

Job Work

Material sent out to jobbers for machining, fabrication and coating: what went out, what came back, what is still outside.

Quality & Inspection

Incoming inspection of raw material and bought-outs, supplier quality, and QC clearance on the shop floor.

Plant Maintenance

Breakdowns on the shop floor — what stopped, where, how fast it was restored, who attended and which assets keep failing.

Material Demand

Where demand comes from: project requisitions, MRS off the WBS, store indents and stock indents — and how much is covered.

Purchase & Suppliers

Orders placed, what suppliers delivered and how quickly, what is still open, and the purchase invoices behind it.

Stores & Stock

What is lying in stores as on any date, what moved in and out, where it sits, how old it is and what the shops drew.

Dispatch & Billing

What left the works and what was billed — packing lists, delivery challans, sales invoices, e-invoice and e-way bill status.

Commercial & Fund Flow

The money trail on a project: committed on POs, billed by suppliers, actually paid, and what is still to come.

Workforce

Headcount by division and designation, joining and leaving, tenure and age, statutory coverage and who is on the floor.

Workflow & Follow-up

The daily task board and the approval-notification stream the ERP modules raise at each other.

System & Users

Who can log in, who actually does, from where, what they key in and what they print — the ERP usage record.

What you get

Built for the people who have to act on the number.

User-level access control

The administrator grants dashboards per user group. A store keeper opens stores; a director opens the board room view. Nobody sees a screen they were not given.

Drill-down to the record

Every headline number is a doorway — click it and the exact vouchers, orders or entries behind it open in a window, with their own filters.

Export anything

Take a single widget, the drill-down window or an entire dashboard into Excel in one click, formatted and ready to circulate.

Built on your live ERP

No warehouse, no nightly sync, no separate BI licence. The dashboards read your own Merciglobal ERP tables, so the numbers are today's.

Indian & Gulf number formats

Crore / Lakh grouping where you want it, and plain international grouping where you don't — the figures read the way your team reads them.

Day & night themes

A light board-room view and a dark control-room view, remembered per user, both tuned for contrast on a projector or a phone.

Any period, any slice

Date ranges, financial years, division, project, party, item group, employee — every board carries the filters that matter to it.

Login-time & IP rules

Access can be fenced to office hours and to known networks, straight from the ERP Users master.

Phone, tablet, projector

The same dashboard reflows from a 5-inch screen to a review-meeting display — no separate mobile build to maintain.

Every sector we serve

Engineering, jewellery, weaving, paper, dyeing, fenestration, ports — the framework is the same; the boards are cut to your industry.

Outcomes

What changes in the first month.

One version of the truth

Management, plant and accounts argue from the same figure, because it comes from the same live table.

Exceptions find you

Ageing stock, overdue job work, slipping projects and unbilled dispatches surface on the board instead of waiting for a month-end review.

Reviews get shorter

Nobody arrives with a laptop full of spreadsheets — the board is already on screen, and the backup is one click deep.

Data entry improves

When everyone can see what the entries add up to, the entries get made properly and on time.

See it with real data. Right now.
